ALL REPTILES COME WITH A DETAILED CARE GUIDE
Our store is proud to offer a comprehensive 2-week warranty on all reptiles we sell in store only. We understand that caring for reptiles can be a unique and sometimes challenging experience, and we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. In the unfortunate event that a reptile purchased from our store passes away within the first two weeks, we kindly ask customers to send the deceased reptile back to us. Once received, we will promptly provide a replacement reptile at no additional cost. However, it's important to note that customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees associated with returning the deceased reptile and receiving the replacement. This warranty demonstrates our commitment to the health and well-being of the reptiles we sell and the satisfaction of our valued customers
