2. Reptile Health Screening and Feeding:
- At MonsterPets, we prioritize the well-being of our reptiles. Before any reptile is shipped to its new home, it undergoes a thorough health screening by our experienced team.
- Additionally, we ensure that all reptiles are properly fed and hydrated before they leave our facility. This step is taken to ensure that our reptiles are in optimal health and condition for their journey to your care.
3. Expedited Shipping:
- We are committed to getting your new reptile to you quickly and safely. Please note that all orders are shipped out on the following Monday after your purchase.
- For example, if you place an order on a Tuesday, it will be shipped out on the following Monday.
- Online orders are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and shipping resumes on the next available Monday.

2 week warranty on all reptiles
ALL REPTILES COME WITH A DETAILED CARE GUIDE
Our store is proud to offer a comprehensive 2-week warranty on all reptiles we sell in store only. We understand that caring for reptiles can be a unique and sometimes challenging experience, and we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. In the unfortunate event that a reptile purchased from our store passes away within the first two weeks, we kindly ask customers to send the deceased reptile back to us. Once received, we will promptly provide a replacement reptile at no additional cost. However, it's important to note that customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees associated with returning the deceased reptile and receiving the replacement. This warranty demonstrates our commitment to the health and well-being of the reptiles we sell and the satisfaction of our valued customers

1. No Refunds, All Sales Final:
- Please be advised that all sales at MonsterPets are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their choice of reptile is well-informed and suitable for their care.
2. Reptile Care Responsibility:
- Buyers are responsible for the full and proper care of the reptiles they purchase from us.
- We recommend thoroughly researching and understanding the specific needs of your reptile before making a purchase.
3. Late Arrival and Dead Reptile Policy:
- In the unfortunate event that a reptile arrives late and is deceased upon arrival, the buyer must:
- Take a clear video and photo of the deceased reptile immediately upon unpacking.
- Contact us with the video and photo evidence.
- Return the deceased reptile to us.
- Once we receive the evidence and the deceased reptile, we will send a new live reptile to the buyer.
- Buyers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return and the replacement.
4. Age Verification:
- All buyers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase reptiles or products from MonsterPets.
- By placing an order with us, either online or over the phone, buyers agree that they are over the age of 18.
5. In-Store Credit Only:
- Please note that we do not offer cash refunds or exchanges for any purchases.
- In the case of approved returns or warranty claims, we will provide in-store credit for future purchases.
